We are writing to inform you of a scheduled maintenance window for our server infrastructure. In order to provide improved performance and enhanced security, we will be moving our services to a new server. As part of this process, there will be a temporary interruption to our services.

Maintenance Window:

• Start Time: Friday, 5th, 8pm

• End Time: Saturday, 6th, 8pm

• Expected Downtime: up to 5 hours over this time.

Impact on Services:

• During this time, our services will be temporarily unavailable.

• If you are using website and email you will experience a service disruption.

We recommend that you plan accordingly and avoid using our platform during the maintenance window to prevent any loss of data or interruption.
