Subject: Scheduled Server Maintenance – Service Interruption on 5-9-25
Hello,
We are writing to inform you of a scheduled maintenance window for our server infrastructure. In order to provide improved performance and enhanced security, we will be moving our services to a new server. As part of this process, there will be a temporary interruption to our services.
Maintenance Window:
Start Time: Friday, 5th, 8pm
End Time: Saturday, 6th, 8pm
Expected Downtime: up to 5 hours over this time.
Impact on Services:
During this time, our services will be temporarily unavailable.
If you are using website and email you will experience a service disruption.
We recommend that you plan accordingly and avoid using our platform during the maintenance window to prevent any loss of data or interruption.
What We Are Doing:
Moving to a new server to improve speed, security, and overall service reliability.
Making necessary updates to better serve you in the future.
We understand the impact this may have on your operations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are taking all necessary steps to minimize downtime and ensure the transition goes as smoothly as possible.
