    Server 4 Rebuild and Network Change

    Server 4 will be rebuilt over the 4th to 6th January 2024. New IP pool will be set up and used for this server. This will deliver better performance and security to our customers.
    When will this happen: Thursday 4th January 2024 from 10:00am
    Who will be affected: Anyone who uses web servers including website, email, cloud
    What is happening: Full system shutdown and restart Web Servers, to rebuild server and build new IP pools
    Services impacted: Sever 4 only, all sites hosted on this server will be offline.
    What is not impacted: All other server will remain online during this time
    Impact on emails: Any emails sent to your email accounts during this scheduled outage window will be queued and delivered once service has been resumed.
    The Details:
    On 4th to 6th January 2024 our Engineers need to conduct a scheduled outage on Server 4 (Web Server). Only services and systems on server 4 will be affected. This outage is necessary to install some critical Server updates. The outage is expected to last from 10:00am 4th Jan until 5:00pm 6th Jan and we will advise via our Facebook page when the updates have been completed and all services have been restored.
