Unison Networks Limited, the company which maintains the power lines in the area where our Rotorua Data Centre is located, has scheduled to turn off the power for the following reason: Tap down transformer T2719.

Restoration: To prevent damage to our services when the power is restored, we will shut down all electrical equipment especially sensitive, before the planned outage occurs.
Safety Warning: For your safety, please treat all power lines as if they are live at all times.
Please note, events beyond their control (e.g. weather) may prevent the planned outage(s) from occurring or may cause the outage times and date to vary.

• All Web Hosting Services, All Cloud Services, FTP, Hosted Physical and Virtual Servers
• Email. Any emails sent to your email accounts during this scheduled outage window will be queued and delivered once service has been resumed.
• Chat (Mattermost), Shared drives, MySQL
• Please Note: If you have a weather site hosted with us, you may need to restart your FTP system after this outage.
