We are writing to inform you of an service outage that will affect our data centre. As of 9:30pm Friday 30-05-2025 the following services are temporarily offline:
All servers
Email services
Web hosting
Backup systems
Our technical team installing new power and ethernet cables to our server and will be replacing some switching hardware, Our team will restore services as quickly and safely as possible. We understand the critical nature of these systems and sincerely apologize for the disruption this may cause to your operations.
Current Status:
Issue Identified: Replace old Ethernet cables and Power supply cables
Estimated Time to Resolution: 11:59PM Friday 30th May 2025 (or sooner)
Next Update: 31st May 2025
